Amparo Stanisavljevic

Amparo Stanisavljevic has over 12 years of wireless engineering experience. She obtained her M.S. degree in Telecommunication Engineering (Honors) from the University of Valencia, Spain. Her research has been published in several technical publications such as IEEE and presented at international conferences. Amparo has led numerous projects across the entire range of wireless technologies including GSM, CDMA and UMTS, around the world.

She joined ProMedia Telecom in May 2005. Prior to joining ProMedia, Amparo was a senior consulting engineer with WFI where she worked as a wireless engineer and consultant in various European countries, Asia, Latin America, and the US.

Prior to WFI, Amparo was head of the R&D Department at Comytel, the Spanish operator of public telephones. She worked on the development of several communication products: wireless terminals, answering machines, cordless telephones (30/40 MHz and 900 MHz), DECT, analogue and digital PABXs (ISDN) and helped launch the first privately owned commercial coin-operated telephone in Spain.
